Joseph is our COO & Managing Partner. After 30+ years working for Corporate America, Joseph helped create our one stop shop for Global Financial Solutions to improve international financial transactions with digital exchanges, debit crypto visa cards, and digital pay apps.
Joseph’s knowledge includes international AML & KYC compliance, offshore trusts, and Tokenization of real-world assets, securitization, and all traditional and crypto financing.
Joseph Co-chairs our Vetting team which also Manages our strong relationships with multiple International Law Firms and strategic partnerships with Equity and VC funds Globally.
Joseph also educates Investors and traders with identifying quality Crypto assets, Value assets, simple in and out strategies for the fast-moving sector while Consulting and Managing private and International trusts.

Co-Founder, CFO and Managing-Partner
Marc is our CFO and managing-partner and is the impetus behind a successful Card Payment Solutions Provider. He has consistently been ahead of paradigm-shifts in the e-commerce and transactions idiom for the past 35+ years.
Marc visualized the massive capability of online payment-processing: Enabling advanced solutions to a payment industry about to exponentially magnify.
Marc is an Author of Financial Literacy and a Certified Financial Planner CFP® .
